He leads the firm’s audit practice, overseeing the delivery of high-quality assurance services and ensuring audits are conducted to the highest professional and regulatory standards.
Andrew has worked with a widerange of clients, from SMEs to large corporates, across a variety of sectorsincluding manufacturing, hospitality, sport and leisure, charities, and service-led organisations. He provides pragmatic, commercially focused advice to management teams, helping them strengthen governance, improve financial reporting, and gain valuable insights from the audit process.

Conor brings over a decade of experience advising businesses across a wide range of sectors. Prior to establishing the firm, he spent the majority of his career at a Top 15 accountancy practice, where he developed a strong technical foundation and a commercially focused, client-first approach.
As Head of the Accounts and Outsourcing departments, Conor works closely with clients to deliver efficient, scalable finance solutions, supporting businesses in strengthening their financial reporting and day-to-day operations.

Sarah leads on all tax-relatedmatters, bringing extensive experience across the tax landscape, with aparticular specialism in complex indirect tax and VAT advisory. She works closely with businesses to navigate the evolving VAT environment, providing strategic guidance on compliance, risk management, and the VAT implications of commercial transactions. In her role, Sarah supports clients across a range of sectors, helping them interpret legislation, optimise VAT positions, and manage interactions with tax authorities.
Known for her pragmatic andcommercially focused approach, Sarah specialises in translating complex VAT regulations into clear, practical advice. She works collaboratively with finance, tax, and operational teams to ensure VAT considerations are integrated into wider business decisions, including restructuring, cross-border transactions, and process improvements.
